We’re looking for applicants who meet the following requirements:
- You’re between 18 and 39 years old
That sweet spot for reproductive health—and where most of our donors fall—is in this range. Perfect if you’re enrolled at ASU, recently graduated, or launching your career in the Tempe-Phoenix metro area. - You live a generally healthy lifestyle
We’re not asking for six-pack abs or vegan meal prep. But we do want people who are active, eat well, don’t smoke, and avoid heavy drug or alcohol use. Sperm quality reflects lifestyle, and we take that seriously. - You live near Tempe or the East Valley
Our lab is located conveniently in the Phoenix area, and we ask for consistent, in-person donations—so being nearby helps a lot. ASU students, this is practically in your backyard.
The Screening Process: What to Expect
Becoming a donor isn’t something that happens in a day. There’s a thorough screening process involved to protect the health of donors, the families we serve, and future children.
Here’s what you’ll go through:
- Detailed Personal & Family Questionnaire
You’ll fill out a comprehensive questionnaire about your health, education, family background, lifestyle habits, and more. It’s the foundation of your donor profile. - Physical Exam & Sample Testing
We’ll do a full physical, take blood and urine samples, and of course, test your sperm count, motility, and other indicators of reproductive health. - Genetic Screening
One of the hidden perks of donating: you’ll get access to a full genetic panel. Many of our donors say this alone is worth applying—it can reveal useful health info that most people never get tested for. - In-Person Interview & Final Evaluation
We’ll talk through your motivations, answer your questions, and make sure this commitment is something you understand and are genuinely on board for.
Real Talk: How Much Can You Earn?
Once you’re accepted, you can start donating up to three times per week, with each approved donation earning you $100. That adds up to as much as $1,500 per month—just by showing up regularly.
That kind of money can help pay for textbooks, rent, road trips, or that spring break flight you’ve been eyeing. Or maybe it helps you pay down loans, fund your side hustle, or build up savings while doing something impactful.

What’s the Time Commitment?
We ask all donors to commit to staying in the program for at least six months and donating at least once per week. That kind of consistency is important, especially for families who want to use the same donor if they plan to have more than one child.
If you’re an ASU student living on or near campus, or a young professional with a flexible schedule in the area, the weekly visits are easy to work into your routine.
How Long Does It Take to Get Approved?
From the moment you apply to your final approval, the whole process takes around 3 to 4 weeks. It includes multiple steps and a few on-site visits, but our team makes it smooth and straightforward.
Patience is part of the process, but the result is a rewarding, low-lift way to earn extra income while helping others in a big way.
